The friendly atmosphere and genuine concern for the repair of my vehicle. The daily communication of the status of my cars progress was excellent.i really liked the detail of the communications. When I came into caliber on March 10 Geneva Mendez was the first person I met her honesty and kindness is the reason I brought my car there once I made an appointment I met Daniel downer. I’ve never met more honest, friendly, and caring people in a business in a very long time Daniel took excellent care of me. And my car . My car was done in a timely fashion. I feel that Genevieve, Daniel and caliber went the extra mile for me. I thank Genevieve and Daniel for being so kind and helpful. I have been going to Steve’s collision for years and when I met those two, the honesty, the caring is the only reason I came to the appointment and had my car fixed there. I am very pleased with the work. I am more than pleased with the customer service that I received from all your staff but Genevieve and Daniel made my experience there very pleasant and I’m very happy thank you

Hi, my name is Didi Crosby along with Sher I had my 2016 Kia forte in your shop but first I would like to say if it wasn’t for Genevieve Mendez I would’ve never came and there I made an appointment and I met Dan downer Dan Downer Those are the two most honest, kindest knowledgeable people that I have met in a long time so I decided to take my car there Dan very caring to my needs kept me in the loop to everything going on my car was fixed in a timely matter. I feel that Genevieve and Dan both went the extra mile for me. You don’t actually see that anymore when you’re doing business, but they did it. I was very pleased with the outcome of my car. I was very pleased with Dan downer, and I have told all my family that we are no longer going to Steve’s collision that we will be coming to caliber. It means a lot when they listen they show empathy from the heart and they are both very caring employees. Your whole staff at caliber was very friendly and warm almost like family so I thank you for this wonderful experience and if I ever need work done again, I definitely will come back to caliber.
