Caliber did an excellent job on the repair of my Lexus rear bumper. The work was completed 5 days (3 business days) before the estimated completion date. I was kept informed of the progress through timel text message updates. Rob, my point of contact, was vary pleasant and professional to deal with.

Austin did a great job communicating to me multiple times a week, I've never experienced this with other collision centers. They also completed my vehicle a week and a half early, which I was very grateful for.

Everything looked great the only thing I had a concern about is when I got the vehicle back it look like the tint on the right rear door was bubbling on the side and needs to be redone
