This is a hard one. They did a good job on my repairs but broke a mirror and did not fix it or tell me.

I'm actually frustrated. My repairs were fine but my driver's side mirror was busted out and they didn't tell me or fix it. It is a brand new car just bout 2 months ago from Parker Toyota. It didn't come with busted mirrors. I only found it because I heard rattling that I've never heard before and tracked it down.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! The communication was wonderful every step of the way. The paperwork was ready and well organized, and everyone was so polite, pleasant to interact with and clearly good at their jobs. When I picked up my vehicle, the technician carefully showed me what had been done. Then…I noticed the outside had been washed AND the inside cleaned! That was just the best surprise! He even turned the ac on before he pulled my car up. If I ever need repair work done, I will absolutely be back and I’ll recommend your work whenever able. Thank you again!

Not sure about this but it seemed that I took the car in but work did not start for at least several days. I could have used my car during those days. Also had a couple of things wrong when I picked it up. Had to return. Not too bad, it was promptly taken care of.
