Everything from making an appointment to dropping off the car, communication during repairs and dropping off the car, the process was so easy and everyone we encountered was friendly and very helpful! Overall, and under the circumstances, this went extremely smoothly. There was a lot of communication, I always knew what was going on with my car.

The repair looked great, my only complaint is that once I got on the road, my left blinker was not working. I didn’t notice until I got home. I had to pull the inside panel off and the tail light out to see what was going on because it was the weekend and I couldn’t drive around all weekend without a blinker. The connector was loose, it just had not been pushed in all the way to maintain a consistent connection. I pushed it in all the way put in put everything back together and everything is fine now.

My experience with Caliber Collision was EXCELLENT! They were really easy to work with and communicated with me regularly by text. I was also able to watch their progress through their online portal. They went above and beyond and if I ever need to have any additional repairs they will be my first pick !
