All the staff were very professional and reassuring. I'm especially amazed at how perfect the paint matching is, the painter matched it perfectly ! Between how well the parts were replaced and the quality paint job, it looks like nothing ever happened.

Todd was so accommodating throughout the process and proactive in getting my repairs done before I left town (only a few days turnaround). It was nothing short of a great experience and my car was even returned to me with a fresh wash. Top tier customer service!

I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a repair shop, especially with a BMW. Caliber Collision is not one of my insurance company's preferred repairers, but I feel confident I made the right decision.

Excellent. Everyone was great, but Rachel was absolutely amazing, very attentive, super communicative, really good at staying on top of making sure everything got done and communicating between the BMW dealership and Allstate. She made my life so much easier, an absolute gem of a person.
