I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a repair shop, especially with a BMW. Caliber Collision is not one of my insurance company's preferred repairers, but I feel confident I made the right decision.

Excellent. Everyone was great, but Rachel was absolutely amazing, very attentive, super communicative, really good at staying on top of making sure everything got done and communicating between the BMW dealership and Allstate. She made my life so much easier, an absolute gem of a person.
