Our experience could not have gone better from drop off to pickup. We had prior work done at Caliber and returned due to quality of repairs and service advisor Rachael. She was professional, timely and detailed in her communication, and provided a viable solution when a wheel issue arose - all of which provided us with confidence in the repair process.

The local shop that handled our repairs was fantastic. 10/10 stars. However, dealing with the corporate office, corporate telephone associates and customer service was a nightmare of incompetence and rudeness. If we had not been able to talk directly to the local shop we would have taken our business elsewhere, and we very nearly did.

I would only recommend based on dealing with the local shop that did the work. Dealing with the rude and incompetent people on the corporate customer phones was an absolute nightmare and insulting to basic expectations of customer support.

Rachel was fantastic! Everyone who worked on my car did a wonderful job! My interior was cleaned too! Rachel took time to clean off adhesives from my back window… I really appreciate the attention to detail.

They were wonderful to work with from the minute I walked in the office until my repairs were completed with my car. I was so satisfied with The repairs to my car it looks brand new. I recommend them completely. They're very professional and they got my car in earlier than expected. Excellent work!

I liked that they were very professional from the time that I walked into their office and speaking with the receptionist until the time my car was completely done and delivered by the technician. Wow! I didn’t think places like Caliber Collision existed now days. The minute you walked in the door you were greeted and paper work was ready. When Rachel took us to look at our Toyota you could tell you were dealing with a professional. Very thorough and showed us what needed done. She made me feel like things would be done right and nothing to worry about. The entire experience was timely, communication excellent and work done was superb.
