I first encountered Caliber in Ballard (Seattle) Washington when I took it in after I caused damage to the front bumper and related areas. I called first and reached the manager, Diana, who quickly and efficiently looked it over, taped some loose parts to the frame, and referred me to Caliber in Spokane, where I was heading and where I live. She was wonderful and charged me nothing for her help. I had my car fixed at Caliber (North) in Spokane, and could not be more pleased with the quality of the repair or the assistance of Adam, the store manager. He even had a small scratch painted that was not part of the accident in question, at no cost. I am extremely pleased with everything I've experienced at Caliber Collision, and have already begun recommending it to friends. Thank you all very much. Keith

We are very satisfied with the quick turnaround time with the repairs as we were unsure of when parts would arrive to be able to complete the job. I really liked the way they kept me informed about each step of the way so you knew the car was not just sitting there with them doing nothing. At the same time if they had to wait for a part they informed me. Repair appeared good at this time.

Our experience here was nothing but pleasant despite dealing with the circumstances and not having our car. Ivan was empathetic and very knowledgeable. I was told that the repair could take up to thirty days or longer, so when I received the text that my car was done three days after I dropped it off, I was very happy. And you can't even tell the fender was replaced because it blends so well with the rest of the body. Thanks guys!

Caliber did an excellent job restoring the front end damage of my jeep that was involved in an accident. They were fast, friendly and kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. I was given a choice between two body shops. I didn’t know which one to choose but ended up choosing Caliber Collision because the name of the business sounded cooler but not having to ever deal with a body shop before was my only way of choosing and I believe I made the right decision.
