Due to being a direct drop for insurance. I dropped my car off and was never told how long the repair would take until I called a week later. Then was rental company charged my credit card due to not communicating with them and insurance. Then the car was returned and you can tell it was a rush detail job thay I had to redo the windows myself in order to see due to the smears on the front windshield with the sun which wasn't the part of the car worked on.
