The repair had to be tweaked, wasn't correct when you said it was ready. Another delay and paint broken on back bumper. Also fixed by you but should not have happened.

Quality of work was fine, time table in which to complete the job was 3 days late. Job was supposed to be completed in 4 days took 7. Spoke with David the manager and explained my concerns. Caliber does not order parts when they write the estimate even if being paid by the insurance company. You should change your process for better satisfaction to the customer.

I brought this to Nate’s attention and it seemed like I was wasting his time with little details but yet they were paid for work that was not done properly, it was very disappointing. Seem overbooked and rushing through the overall process

I feel like the work done was rushed and not done correctly, they swapped out a fender trim but could not even match the rest of the truck instead giving the 3 other fender trims to install myself after getting paid over 4 grand for a fender and dent.

auto reply notifications were a little lacking in helping me know what was happening while the car was under repairs, would've preferred direct calls from the mechanic (even voice mail messages would've worked)
