From the start the person handling the claim did not follow through with calling me about insurance covering certain parts. Caliber tried to blame it on insurance and insurance said it was up to caliber if they wanted to provide Subaru parts or not so they were not honest

No follow through with insurance. Lied and told me they hadn’t heard from insurance when in fact insurance had spoken with them and gave them an option to use OEM parts if they were able to match the price of after market but they told me that they never heard from insurance. Rather than calling to discuss this with me they proceeded with fixing the car and when I brought up the fact that I asked they not do anything until they heard from insurance they said the repair had been done so it was difficult to do anything else.
