I was referred to Caliber Collison by a friend. I'm new to Spokane and felt so comfortable starting with the first visit. "Miles" was very thorough and explained in detail the repairs that were needed for the problem I had. All parts had to be ordered and within a few days I had a appointment for the repairs. It took 1 afternoon for the repairs. My vehicle looked amazing! The Caliber Crew went above and beyond not only with some issues they did not have to do, but my car was vacumed and shampooed on the inside! Thank you everyone !!

Miles was amazing! He was great at communicating with us the whole time, was very thorough in explaining the process and was very patient with us when we had any questions. He was instrumental in getting our car fixed and back to us in a timely manner despite the trouble with aquiring parts in this current situation. The car looks like nothing ever happened and runs just like before. Thank you for taking such great care of us through the whole process!
