I appreciated the frequent communication about the status of my repairs. I also appreciate the ease of dropping off my car rental at their shop and knowing they would contact Enterprise to come get the car. Caliber made it easy to do business with them.

The repair itself looks great, but there were other issues discovered that were resulted from the repair. They are the following: 1.Bondo/filler dust in the interior of the truck it is still present in the door jams. 2. A poor tape job led to over spray of clear on the interior edge of the repaired door, thus dulling the color since it cannot be adequately rubbed out. The manager took it back and had a tech work on it but it still looks bad. 3. I think I found an area on the edge of the front fender where they had to spray more clear coat up to that edge for the blending of the color. It appears that the clear coat and part of the base may have been rubbed through while it was buffed out. 3.I’ll need to take a closer look at the overall repair of the affected area when we get a nice and sunny day so I can see everything better. When the truck was picked up there was overcast sky’s with rain incoming in a few hours. I will document any other issues that were found as a result of the repair. I expect to hear from you soon.
