The work seemed to be well done, but the communication during the process was not good.

While the work does seem to be well done, the lack of communication is a big draw back. Also, I really didn't like that they would not order parts until I dropped my car off and that I wouldn't have access to the car while it sat there waiting on parts. It really felt like they wanted to push me to add a rental charge to the insurance bill even though I hoped to avoid that. I wasn't really a fan of the way the release form was worded either.

The front desk person was great but overall they lacked communication. Anything I found out about my vehicle was only because I called several times and the receptionist had to give me updates, despite claims that somebody else would call me.

Great job getting the work done, the finished product couldn't have turned out any better, was also done in a timely manner, there was short staff but they communicated this so I was never in the dark. And as always they are very friendly!
