If I could give a zero I would based on the fact that my alignment is still off and the receptionist at the Springfield north location is horrible at customer service and I don’t feel comfortable taking my vehicle back to get fixed

Everyone at Cliber was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed after some hail damage. The whole staff was very knowledgeable about the process (from the actual autobody work, all the way to dealing with insurance) and I felt like I was in really good hands. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
