Upon initial contact, I received nothing but attitude just because I was asking questions about how the process works. I have not been in this situation very much so I didn’t know how or what was to take place. The repair took 2weeks, but before we had to wait until over 2 months to get it dropped off. That’s ok though as that’s how it seems to be everywhere right now. Once we got the van back I noticed 3 huge “dull” spots down the side of the van. One on the quarter panel, one on the driver door and one on the driver side sliding door. These were obviously areas that didn’t get buffed out properly or, which I hope not, trying to cover up scratches that the van did not have before. The areas on the new number around the sensors was never de-burred before painting, creating a rough prickly area around the sensors that my microfiber cloth get stuck on. There were many other small details that were either ignored or they caused, like wear marks around skirting corners, all the way down to the plastic. The detailing after the van was “finished” was not very good but they tried but still not paying attention to the small details. If I had to do this all over, I would not have chosen caliber collision and will never choose caliber collision again.

I was highly pleased with the work done on my vehicle, as well as the compassion that Caliber Collision had. The staff was very nice, and always kept me in the loop on status updates and assisting me with various procedures. I would 10/10 highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I believe I could recommend this business as long as the person I wanted to refer did not want to pay in cash, for some reason American currency is not accepted here
