I did not receive a call, email, text message, VM, or letter to schedule my appointment for repairs when the parts arrived. So I had to wait 2 months to get car in the shop. Then my car needed more parts I didn't receive any communication that those parts arrived so I was not prepared when they called to say my car is finished. They also failed to replace the bottom part of front bumper after i asked if that would be replaced and she said it would and the old part is still on the car.
