I have been trusting this shop for decades They have always done perfect quality work, returned my car gleaming like when I bought it. Paul is the most knowledgeable person in this business I’ve ever met and has grown to be a very good friend. It was a great experience! They went above and beyond to work with me and my schedule for the initial estimate. Once parts arrived, the office was quick to alert me and schedule a drop off time and date for my vehicle. One vehicle was fully repaired, the office manager called me ASAP to set up a pickup time and date! Caliber North’s Office Manager was very efficient in all ascents of my interaction with them! She was always checking with me if I had any questions about our transaction together. I was very pleased with everything that transpired! They even were able to work with me in a timely manner a concern I had unrelated to the Auto Insurance Claim that was our main reason for my reaching out to their office in the first place.
