Body work is fabulous...computer reset of the tpms not so much...but it's happened with other tirecreplacements so maybe it's a Honda issue

Kind of disappointed that some chips in the hood were not repaired. We were given an explanation that makes sense... It would've been good to hear that at the beginning of the process.

Very sloppy in their work. Can’t put parts back on in proper alignment on both vehicles. Had about a 2 foot length of damaged paint on the left front panel of the truck that needed buffed out when we picked it up. Don’t know what they are doing in relationship to putting sensors back on a vehicle in regards to paint overspray on the back side of the bumper. Damaged a sensor or failed to put it in properly but won’t stand behind their work. Scraped the paint on the front bumper of the truck but claim, because they had a picture right after painting that did not show the damage, that they didn’t do it. All we did was drive it straight home and park it before we noticed the damage so it had to have happened at their shop. Left broken glass in the rear of the car after replacing the back windshield.

There are number of things I would like to express my thanks to the team at Caliber Collison on Dirksen parkway. A big shout out to MEGAN, sweet as apple pie who would keep me updated on the process of my vehicle. Extremely pleasant. Then there is TRISTAN who.went to great lengths of providing transportation for me which was greatly appreciated. Teased him about my not so "gracious hopping into truck." Last bit not least was this polite and extremely nice person Frank who squeezed me in between his busy work schedule to drive me back to shop after completion of car. I was so pleasantly surprised by the best work repair I have ever had. Love these people and I give them a plus 10..maybe plus c 12!! Thank you all so very much!!!! Barbara
