Lilly was amazing at keeping us informed, and explaining the entire process from start to finish. We just picked up our Hyundai today, 3/21/25, it was hit on 1/20/25 on “private property” luckily no one was in our car at the time, and it was still drivable. With how good it looked when we picked it up I understand now the length of time it took to come in, once we dropped it off it only took about a week for it to get fixed, it now looks like nothing happened to it. Respectfully I hope we don’t have to take it back in for another fender bender, or our other car or future cars, but if we do, then we know that we need to take it to caliber collision.

They did a great job! However, on pick up I needed to return as my radio, navigation wasn’t up a running. When I returned to shop, I was informed that I needed a code from my manual and if that didn’t work I would need to go to Honda dealership. I can’t imagine mine was the first Honda ever fixed. Also, my front license wasn’t attached. I found it in my trunk. It would have been nice to be ask if I wanted it reattached. Don’t get me wrong I’m very pleased with the work that was done. I thought these comments would be helpful for future customers 😊
