Airbag light was left on upon pickup when it wasn’t on before hand. Invoice says engine codes were cleared when I specifically asked not to. Door sounds cheap and metallic when you shut it now.

Requiring me to have my car towed in order to meet the rental car timeline but resulted in a scratch on the back of my car that I was told I would need to deal with the tow truck company you hired to tow my car. I was not even there when he picked the car up. I didn't hire him, I didn't pay him, I'm not sure why a Huber heights tow company was even hired to tow a car in Urbana. My car came back looking ok, but the door sounds loud and hallow when you shut it and the road noise is louder than with the old door. I feel there was no insulation installed in the new door resulting in the weird noise when closing it.
