Unfortunately repairs were unable to be completed due to vehicle being totaled in another accident before repairs could be completed. That being said I would not hesitate to use Caliber in the future as Mike worked with me every step of the way and was able to return the ordered parts without it costing me any fees. Very polite,professional and personable.

Even though the damage seemed small they paid more attention to the entire vehicle than just that. It was refreshing coming to pick my car up and see it was fully detailed the body work and even small things were given extra care. I really am glad I was recommended here as they were fantastic, upfront and kept me up to date as the repairs were happening. Thank you!
