Visual appearance was good. Repair seems good but customer service is 75% of business and that is lacking.

Repair took longer than expected. Pick up date was pushed back I believe 4 times without communication other than a last minute update via text using car wise. Even after calling once and being sent to voice mail asking for a call for an update and still nothing. The third time it was pushed back I was informed that there were internet and power issues and tech was off that day. Was not told that parts were received damaged. Then again the pick up time was pushed back 3 days. I understand using an app to update but timely updates would be better than last minute and picking up the phone would also be an option as well.

The work that was done looked great. There were things I wanted done (out of pocket) and Caliber hid behind their so-called limited lifetime guarantee and refused to do the work.

Skip took care of me and he was great. Sadly, Caliber didn't live up to the same standards. I won't let that reflect poorly on him but I would NOT in a million years take anything else to Caliber or even think about referring them ... even to my worst enemy.
