Loved working with Michelle at the centerville location. However, I did not have a great experience with the Springfield location. Any updates I received were because I called Michelle and asked for updates. Twice I was told that I would have a mechanic and then the general manager call me with updates about my car and I never did. However Michelle did try her hardest to get the other location to contact me.

Again, Michelle was amazing. She was very friendly and tried everything she could to help me. If I ever need to (which I hope I don’t) I would enjoy working with her again. Also the estimator that 8 worked with, I’m forgetting her name but she was also great!

Some of the communication was was a little slow-probably because of the holidays. However, they more than made up for it by expediting our repair, so my daughter would have it in time to drive back to college. We really appreciate them having it ready in time.
