Thought the final bill was a good bit higher than estimate. Things that they didnt include in first one that maybe they should have known. Also thought 2 weeks was a long time to repair.

I was impressed with how Caliber Collision handled the whole process from the minute you walk in their door. Checked out the car and asked about our concerns other than obvious damage. Set up the appt for repairs and the car rental. . When our car was done all we had to do was leave the rental with Caliber and they took care of having it returned. And to top it all off our car was cleaned inside and out and windows washed too. . And just an extra shout- out to their maintenance department: the day after we dropped the car off I went out to run errands and realized about 5:15 that I didn't have our garage door opener or our handicap placard so I went straight over to the shop from the library. It was right b4 5: 30 when they close and the crew was walking out to their cars when I pulled up. One of them came over to see if I needed any help and I told him I needed those 2 items and he went back in and got them for me. So I am very pleased to recommend this company.
