I decided to use Caliber Collision base on all the good reviews and photos I found and I thought it was gonna be a good job. When I pick up my car I was so glad to have back and didnt really pay attention I was with my niece and carry 2 larges bag and transferring everything. When my husband look at it he saw the big difference of color between the whole car the the parts they painted. They put the equinox lt sign on the wrong side. I was missing one part on the bottom of the vehicle. There was a dent not so visible but is still there. In the inside of my truck there was fresh paint all over the side and from that angle you can see a very uneven job. I take responsibility of not saying something and checking at the spot but I honestly I waited 2 weeks and believe all the reviews I thought it was good job but when I took a second look I notice all that. For what they charge the insure and the time it takes I would expect better.

My car looked great! It hasn’t looked that nice since I bought it back in 2017. Everybody was very friendly. I enjoyed talking to them. Highly recommend you guys.

They did not leave my vehicle until it was perfectly repaired, even though it took over a week for the job to be done, it was worth the wait because my car looks so new and the job was done perfectly.
