Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They gave good advice and looked for ways to keep the cost reasonable, while still performing a very high level of work. One of the best things about Caliber, aside from the quality of work done, was the terrific communication from them throughout the process. It is uncommon today when customer service is this good and Caliber Collision has it perfected.

Communication could have been better with the insurance company. I was told my car would be ready for pickup and I had to wait two more days on supplemental work to be approved by the insurance company. This triggered the end of my rental car two days early.
