I would definitely recommend the St. Francis location on East Layton Ave. My initial estimate was done at the 2300 W Florist Ave, Glendale, WI 53209 location... I was not pleased with the unprofessional conversations I heard in the waiting area. The receptionists were also not flexible regarding when I could drop off my vehicle. I noticed a different location near my parents' house, called and spoke to Ramon who assured me he would do anything he could to make the process seamless and efficient. He was also very polite.

I am still waiting on a bug shield going on 2 mo. Collision Caliber could have canceled the order not being supplied and re ordered from a different place I gave them and I would have had it, but they refused to cancel the current order. Being told now it us shipping 0n approx 4-10 which will be 3 mo now. Terrible and unnecessary
