Ramon,was excellent with communicating with me while my car was in for repairs.Not only did he keep me informed he also let me know that I had a bad battery (which i thought so)(under warranty)and I told him i would take care of it right away. Once I went to pick up my car after the repairs were done,I was totally please with how beautiful my car looked, Caliber Collision did an EXCELLENT JOB on my car and I'm smiling from ear to ear. I worked with both Roman and Roman and they were so friendly and kind! They did a great job of initially explaining everything to me. They kept me up to date on my vehicle’s progress and even picked me up to get my vehicle. Both Romans took great care of me and my car! And the repairs look perfect! The right taillight rattles, and I had to tighten down all of the tie down hooks in the bed because they were loose. Also a strap was broken on the bed cover.
