The repair work was unsatisfactory. The bumper panel was already coming away from the body at the seam with the rear quarter panel. Upon showing this to the shop they agreed and I’ve now had to reschedule and will have to bring the car in for further repairs. I’m glad you are making it right but perplexed that it would have passed an inspection.
