The service date was longer than I was told. Repairs were professional and the new coating of paint matched the original paint (sonic grey pearl). Considering the repair date exceeded the original estimated time: I was given a twenty five dollar gift card. That made me a happy consumer. Would I recommend GEICO and its affiliates? Yes I would!

We really appreciated the periodic updates so we could plan around the possible date of completion. They had our car looking perfectly new and ready ahead of time. We have recommended Caliber to our neighbors in our downtown loft building. Although we hope we never need to use their services, we would immediately contact them for any repairs we might need.

Our keys had to be recalibrated to open the doors. But we loved the updates and timely way they got us back in our car. They were wonderful coordinating the Enterprise car too. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a repair. We hope we don’t require their services again, but they would be who we would call.

My left and right mirrors have a light that lights up when a car is about to pass you are is on the side of you. This light now stays on and won't go off. On both the right and left mirrors.

The staff was extremely nice; I appreciated the daily text updates and the work completed. The car wash/vacuum was a pleasant plus. My only disappointment is that I have a light in my dash that was not on when I dropped my car off. I was given the repot about a failed diagnostic test. Very confused because I have never had an issue before. Other than that, thank you, I am pleased. Binita
