Communication was poor/lacking. Giving me two hours during a holiday week to pick up my car or be left having to pay for the rental car was a bit inconvenience and if they had given me a heads up at any time that week that they had changed their completion date from mid-January to 12/26 it wouldn’t have been really helpful.

Employees were nice, but both times I visited the shop — pickup and drop-off — there was no one in the lobby and I had to wait ten minutes or more for someone to appear.

I appreciate how the staff at Caliber Collision kept me informed throughout the durations of the repairs. I also appreciate the life time guarantee. I have not had the car back for 24 hours but I have faith that all is well. Before this incident occurred I was not familiar with this company. I was able to see the company several times during my travels to Mississippi last month. Good sign! Furthermore, I do not want anything to happen to my car but presently I definitely will recommend Caliber Collision to others. Please keep up the good work Sonja
