Complete lack of communication and the work took 2-3 times longer than estimated without the scope changing.

The person that I trusted was no longer there I was in notified I wasn't updated as I was when he was there it took 2 weeks extra which caused me a lot of money going back and forth when I let them know I don't live in the state so I was this place and I was stranded here in Minnesota I went back home came back and it still wasn't ready and no communication that part I'm not happy about but the outcome and the look of the vehicle so far I can see it I love it I don't know it's a dent on the other side but I can't say they did that but overall other than in non-communication and keeping it over time and meaning driving back and forth and flying back and forth and hotels in the price and didn't give me a reduction for my inconvenience in my expense I didn't like I didn't think that was right or fair but far as the work on the vehicle it looks great or very happy for now I will look at it again today in the light if the sun comes out but thank you will I go again I believe so what I recommend if they wrong the right yes

The actual repair went so smoothly and was fantastic. I encountered helpful and kind people on the phone to coordinate the appointment and found the process relatively easy, including coordinating with enterprise for a rental. My only disappointment was finding the fabric inside my vehicle with dirt marks / stains. It was a bummer because the inside of my car did get vacuum and that was great work. I spoke with the supervisor available and they assured me we would find a solution together.
