Took a couple days longer than expected, but work looks good. Car was detailed inside and out. Overall positive experience. Suggestion..make it easier for customer to reach specific shop rather than having to go through a central calling center. Or once customer gives repair approval at least provide a direct dial number for Calibre shop doing work.

Couldn’t have been any better. Car looks great. Marcy was very empathetic when I brought the car in for repair. I felt terrible about the accident. I only had 3,500 miles on my brand new car. Everyone was pleasant and understanding. Excellent job.
