Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wasn't in for anything nearly as serious as some of the vehicles I saw on the lot, but they still treated my case as seriously as the rest. The repair was completed just a day ago, so I can only speak to the immediate results: the damaged area was cleaned, repaired, and repainted, and you can't find any evidence that the part was damaged in the first place. Kudos to Jonathan at the front desk for explaining all the paperwork I had to sign so concisely, and Stephanie for taking my claim seriously. Thanks, Caliiber!

Rapid was super fast, lots of communication. Would have to mark down for a few reasons- 1) the plastic pieces between the windshield and hood were not replaced even tho the plastic snaps were broken when they were taken off. The pieces themselves were not broken but are loosly attached back in place. 2) when i got into the car, the inside was COVERED in white dust, either from the repair or windshield, will have to get it detailed to remove all the white dust
