I was 99.9% satisfied with my experience. I really appreciated the daily email updates on my vehicle's status. I also was impressed with the final outcome of the repairs. The ONLY issue was that on the very last day I was left in the dark on when I could pick up my vehicle. I was told by the reception clerk that the wrong phone number was listed for me. Whoever took down my phone number transposed the first two digits of my number. It seems like when the first or second attempt at reaching me by phone failed someone would have checked the number against my GEICO account or something to that effect.

I believe that Paul and Charlie worked on my Chrysler while it was at the shop, and the job they did was excellent. Not only did they do an amazing job repairing and painting my car but Issac, I believe was the one to clean my car before I picked it up, did a phenomenal job. I couldn't believe how clean my car was, even down to my rubber floor mats being washed and wiped down. It was an overall great experience and I have and will continue to recommend family and friends to Caliber Collision. Thank you guys for all that you did for me and my car!

I have already recommended people, not only was the process of dropping off the car and picking up a rental very easy, but the workers were very helpful, and my car was in great shape afterwards, body work, paint, and washing included.
