In the future if you can't delivery by the estimated completion dates it would be great to personally give the owner a call. In this area people commute a long distance to and from work. If a customer makes arrangements around the completion date, as soon as it becomes apparent the vehicle won't be ready as promised the owner should be contacted. To be honest I wasn't overly impressed with the service.
