Loved the email updates on the status of my repairs and the fact I could return my rental from Enterprise as well. The associates were awesome and made sure I walked out with all the questions answers as best as they could. I even persuaded my parents to come to 100% guarenteed Geico Express instead of Progressive Collision near their house.

My car feels like it's out of alignment, but the rest of the repair looks great

The text I received told me to pick my car up by 7, but they closed at 6 so I had to pick it up the following day and got a bunch of phone calls because I was late in picking up my car. I wouldn't have been late if I received correct info and knew to get off early from work.
