The waiting area is exceptional! My three year old and I had to wait for the rental car for about 45 minutes, but with your staff providing popcorn, a juice box, and an age appropriate tv show the wait was surprisingly pleasant! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Well done!

Rear bumper was replaced. The bumper is not aligned properly. It is approximately 1/2 inch higher on passenger sie than driver's side. Moreover, the bumper seems to be of low quality as there are wavy surfaces.

A "quality inspection" was supposedly performed. I am stunned that body repair "experts" did not notice the slant in the bumper.

this was the 2nd time I used caliber collision because of the great job they did on my car the 1st time. they are all so friendly, they go the extra mile to make sure you understand the auto body process. my car was ready early, and they vacuumed and wiped down the inside as well as washed the outside and did my wheels and rims. I am so happy with them, I'm taking my daughters car in to have the chips and scratches repaired this week

they are all so friendly and helpful at C.C. I've now used them twice. the first time, I forgot to leave key to rental and left my son's bpack in it. instead of making me come back that night, the girl (I hope alicia is her name) said she would come out and meet me the next day when I was going to be in that area. That is one reason I came back, and one reason I will come back if there is a next time (but will recommend ) is when I came to pick up my car, Chris suggested I could leave rental there instead of driving it all the way across town when he knew I hated that crappy car and I was taking my children to dinner. He said he will notify them in a fax and it will be fine, it was and it was quite a relief. I was happy
