Rear bumper and center console were dirty...center console had grease and dirt marks on a brand new vehicle. Manager had to come out and wipe off the bumper and dirt on center console. Vehicle should had been ready prior to my arrival.

Pretty sure I had Dan on the 27th of May. Great service, showed me what repairs were going to be happening. All of the fees, hidden fees if any were explained well. Had surgery the day I was supposed to return my rental, full customer service was understanding gave me an extra day to bring it back but returned first thing in the morning so no fee. Everyone was very friendly and the process was easy. My only complaint would be that I got a call at 5:36 pm on Friday saying my car was done and you all close at 6 and then are closed all weekend. There is no way we could've made it there in that amount of time. I work in northern va. If someone could've told me that it would've been done by then I would've taken off work to make sure I was there before you all closed. Or even if I could've picked it up Saturday morning then that would've been good. Other than that, everything went very smoothly. Thanks!
