Richard was absolutely awesome. He kept me up to date about my repairs daily through text messages. Then, since my truck got done earlier than expected, I was out of town when it was completed. So Richard dropped my truck off at my home for me since I could not pick it up. I always use Caliber Collision for my repairs. I have never had a negative experience with Caliber Collision.

The repairs overall were satisfactory. There was a small glitch where I needed to bring the car back for two small adjustments. Stephanie was exceptionally understanding and very professional.

Already mentioned above. But I do need to let you know I was scheduled for an 8:30am appointment twice when the shop has a daily meeting at the same time. Time frame might need to be blocked.
