A dent was still visible on the trunk so my car was kept another night for additional repairs. Caliber did cover the rental car for an additional day since I had already turned it in before picking up my car and finding the dent.

I was very impressed at the seamless and efficient operation between Caliber, GEICO, and Enterprise. The accident happened last Wednesday, and I picked up my car today. I was amazed. Everyone I dealt with was quick, efficient, and friendly.

I was mostly satisfied with my experience. I did not receive a call back from the service advisor regarding a quote I had requested and there is still paint on the tire. I do wonder if the tire should have been replaced given the amount of damage that was done to the car door and panel around the tire. Otherwise, the service and work was good. I have even brought my car back following another incident. I spoke with the manager regarding not receiving the follow up quote. Thank you.

Car looks great... there is one small area on the left side pillar by the windshield that got scraped possibly when the hood was replaced... but since it's plastic I think it'll be ok... thanks for cleaning the inside! And outside! I was amazed how fast this repair happened. Thank you thank you!!!
