Your repair people did an excellent job! The Geico rep and the Enterprise rep were both courteous and knowledgeable. When I walked to the front counter before meeting any of those gentlemen, I was taken back at how rude the front desk staff were. Not even did they look up to say good morning! Just "are you leaving your car?" "sign these forms" Please, please let your front staff know that your clients have more than likely just gone through something traumatic in most cases and could use a warm "Welcome" or "Good Morning"! Thanks for caring enough to ask one question.

Looks like new - thanks! The one improvement I would suggest is that while appreciate the email updates - they do not have very much detail. Some of them seemed a little form letter-ish. Otherwise a great experience!
