Great service!!! Don Bryden did a fantastic job by providing me the company's policy concerning how the my car would be handle, and more importantly when it would be ready for pickup. In addition, post haste, he pointed me in the right direction to get a loner car rental. This marvelous service was handle with a great deal of professionalism and the company should be more than honor to have an individual of Dan's caliber and interest to ensure that customers get the best of the best possible s Oh yes! The receptionist at the front desk, "Joscyln" acumen was also very impressive. She immediately process the paperwork, brief me on the out process from the maintenance worked, then proceeded to get my car. This was done in a very timely manner. Aside from the adjustor meeting me until 7:16 for a 7am appointment, the experience was excellent. I still got to work on time and am so glad that it only took one day. Everyone was very nice.
