Definitely not a good work and the response is very weird that the count on the insurance agent instead of car damage to make sure it is in good condition and alignment is proper even though the claimed they installed OEM parts

Poor communication with me and no input prior to being told the car was done. Multiple delays, parts reordered. The breaks have a mild grinding sound they did not have before.

It always took multiple calls to get to my representative and information I received glossed over the repairs approved vs needed. I had no opportunity to object or see the car damage myself, before they said it was done. No agreement was sought.
