The ONLY suggestion I have (and it has nothing to do with your obligation) is that the back left tire was at 21 PSI— a recurring event no matter how many tires I put on and not related to the accident. But it would have been excellent had you seen the warning light and done this easy fix before i had to drive home on a deflated tire.

Customer service of the front desk person and Josh was very kind and clear explaining things that needed to be done in the car and what insurance covered. Follow up communication with Josh diring the service was concise and just what necessary. The repair result was as expected, the car looks very good after the repair. Communication from the repair shop was not good. They were asked to either call a land line or to e-mail progress up dates. Instead they tried to text a phone that does not have test capabilities. This was frustrating in that we were then required to call and ask about progress.
