Side door panel wasn't fully pushed in. I had to jam it in. When yall washed the car, a dirty rag was used and the trunk door was scratched in a circular motion.

I recently had my car fixed at Caliber Collision, and the entire process was excellent from beginning to end. Joshua, the mechanic who worked on my automobile, performed an excellent job. He repaired everything with accuracy and care, and the results appear factory new. You can see he takes great pleasure in his work my car now drives and looks better than it did before the accident. Amanda and Alex, the front desk staff, were really helpful and professional. They kept me informed throughout the process, patiently answered all of my concerns, and made what might have been a difficult situation seem simple and straightforward. A big thank you to the manager, Andres, who went above and beyond. When I found I wasn't insured for a rental automobile under my insurance, Andres stepped in and helped me organize one without problem. That kind of extra effort and genuine desire to assist made all the difference. Caliber Collision stands out for their high-quality workmanship, pleasant crew, and dedication to customer satisfaction. If you need collision repair (or any other auto body work), I strongly recommend their crew; you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Joshua, Amanda, Alex, and Andres!

Josh (Service Rep) and the young lady at the front desk were courteous and professional from the time I first came in with my vehicle and equally when I picked it up. Josh kept me updated throughout the repair process. My vehicle almost looked brand new as it was thoroughly washed and the repair work was very well done! Josh gave me the final rundown on what was repaired when I picked it up. I certainly don't want a reason to have to get bodywork done on my vehicle, but if I had to, I would surely take it back to that location. Great job!

Not happy with the way the repair was handled. Josh was advocating for the insurance company rather than the customer. He said o e thing in the beginning and dis another. He kept on ignoring what was communicated. I reached out to the senior management but no one responded.
