They let me know when I first brought the car to them to inspect damages, that I would ned to order plates from DMV. I am grateful to have had that information from day 1 so that I could get that handled in time with the DMV and when my car repairs were completed

The car looks great and I was impressed with the turn around time to get it back. However, my car door is still making a weird noise when I open and close it. Worried this will be an issue when I want to trade it in. Overall, I appreciate the consistent and clear communication from your team.

My driver's seat cover for the chair electronics was damaged during the repair. I took it back the next day and was told it broke after the repair. They said they would call me to glue it but never did.

My tech Bryan was really great throughout. He kept in contact along the way letting me know the status and estimated completion day. My car looks brand new again and was cleaner than when I left it. Definitely recommend for your auto body needs.

Their customer service is terrible. They don't help you resolve the problem. They didn't repair my car. They send you an email form to fill out, but it never worked for me, and they didn't offer me any other options either. They are the absolute worst.
