This is the second time and second accident I takes way to long to get your car back the office ladies don’t know what’s going and everyone I get the car back something is still wrong with it and I have to take it back to get it fixed and they do this it’s minor drop it in and we will fix it and they never just drop in they have to take it back for weeks. I tried so hard not to leave this message but it’s the second time and it didn’t change.

They kept me informed the whole time they had my vehicle. They were actually not happy with how the bumper came out so they went ahead and ordered a new one and still had it done in a timely manner. Very pleasant to deal with.
