Rear quarter panel not aligned. Plastic trim around tire is loose. I must take it back again to get straightened out. This should have been done before I picked it up.

People are wonderful at Caliber, however, the repair work was not to spec. Tear right panel sticks out about a quarter inch even after repair.

The repair was carried out but there was items damaged in process. I would like to see pictures of the undamaged areas before any repairs were started . I would assume a few I-phone pics would have sufficed. What I noticed when I got it home was overspray under the repair. The glass covering the rear map on the dash was cracked on both horizontal ends which have the buttons on the right side stuck immovable. I don’t know if the car was flat bedded to other locations, but it’s very possible that some torque was exerted to create some unnecessary damage there are some wires on the right front of the tire that were stripped about 12 or more. I had to wrap them with some black electrical tape. I placed a piece of black plastic cover in the trunk that came off duringrduring the repair . I’m so sorry these items happened and I’m sure it was the result of exposure to the sun or the torque from being moved by a flatbed?

They forgot a clip and there's some black glue coming out in some areas but that can be cleaned. Overall the fixed the clip issue quickly and did a great job overall.
